Macromolecular Mobility Changes Induced by Thermal Aging of Epoxy‐amine Polymer Networks

چکیده

Changes in macromolecular mobility during the thermal oxidation of epoxy-amine thermoset networks are addressed this study. Three systems, cured with DGEBA and three similar aliphatic hardeners – ethylenediamine (EDA), diethylenetriamine (DETA), triethylenetetramine (TETA) aged at 160°C characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Results show a split single initial α relaxation peak aging, which may imply that chain scissions preferred certain oxidizable sites network. A β can be identified around -60°C does not seem to evolve much while another sub-glass transition 30°C decreases it. Implications work both fracture properties segmental radical chemical functions involved bimolecular reactions have yet confirmed.

Negative mobility induced by colored thermal fluctuations.

Anomalous transport of non-Markovian thermal Brownian particle dynamics in spatially periodic symmetric systems that is driven by time-periodic symmetric driving and constant bias is investigated numerically. The Brownian dynamics is modeled by a generalized Langevin equation with exponentially correlated Gaussian thermal noise, obeying the fluctuation-dissipation theorem. We study the role of ...

Prediction of the changes in physicochemical properties of key lime juice during IR thermal processing by artificial neural networks

Thermal processing of the key lime juice leads to the inactivation of pectin methylesterase (PME) and the degradation of ascorbic acid (AA). These changes affect directly the cloud stability and color of the juice. In this study, an artificial neural network (ANN) model was applied for designing and developing an intelligent system for prediction of the thermal processing effects on the physico...

Absolute negative mobility induced by thermal equilibrium fluctuations.

A novel transport phenomenon is identified that is induced by inertial Brownian particles which move in simple one-dimensional, symmetric periodic potentials under the influence of both a time periodic and a constant, biasing driving force. Within tailored parameter regimes, thermal equilibrium fluctuations induce the phenomenon of absolute negative mobility (ANM), which means that the particle...

Comparison of Soft Tissue Thermal Changes Induced by Three Types of Diode Lasers at 810, 940, and 980nm Wavelengths

Background and Aim: Diode laser is a great choice for soft tissue surgery. The diode laser is partially absorbed by hard dental tissues, making it safe for soft tissue surgery. This study aimed to compare the tissue thermal changes induced by three types of diode lasers at 810, 940, and 980nm wavelengths. Materials and Methods: In this in-vitro experimental study, using a diode laser device (c...
